Etiquette

If you are new to our wellness clinic or spa, please plan on arriving at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill our new patient or spa client intake forms.

A late arrival will reduce the length of your treatment time or given to the next client in the appointment queue that day and you will be required to reschedule your appointment to another available time.

As a courtesy to other clients receiving treatments and relaxing services please have your cell phone turned on silent and refrain from having loud or cell-phone conversations in the clinic and spa.

Cancellation Policy

Your services have been reserved especially for you. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations without charge. Clients with more than one “late cancel” or “no show” will be required to hold any future reservations with a credit card and will be charged for any missed appointments.

Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards with an expiry date that has passed will not be honored, these card are typically for promotional or specific services and are generally only valid for up to one to one year from the purchase date.

Gift cards are now only sold in dollar amounts and have no expiry date.
